Sustainable Kicks and Clothes is a non-profit organization that collects donations of old clothes and footwear in order to provide footwear and clothing for those in poverty. These donations are then shipped to our partner, Soles4Souls, where they repurpose the clothing and footwear, which helps amend the environmental impacts of fast fashion.

Sustainable Kicks and Clothes was founded by Shreya Reddy in May 2024 when she was sixteen years old. With a complex idea in mind, Shreya was able to create Sustainable Kicks and Clothes into ongoing donation site which proves to be very successful.

Soles4Souls is another non-profit organization that Sustainable Kicks and Clothes is partnering with. The clothing and shoe donations collected by Sustainable Kicks and Clothes gets packed into boxes and shipped to Soles4Souls. Soles4Souls takes these clothing donations and repurpose them, so they don’t go to waste. Specifically, they either give these used clothes to people in need. By doing this, they are protecting the environment by ensuring that these donations are being put to good use, rather than becoming wasted in landfills.

In 8th grade, Shreya joined the environmental club at her school. By joining this club, she discovered the many ways that our environment can be impacted negatively, but the most significant way being through fast fashion. It was this club that made her deeply passionate about maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Every donation made to Sustainable Kicks and Clothes is shipped to Soles4Souls, where they either give the clothes and shoes to those in poverty or where they are repurposed, so that way they don't end up polluting dumps. So, every donation either provides someone with decent clothing/footwear or is repurposed into something else that can be useful.

Sustainable Kicks and Clothes does not accept any type of monetary donations. The only donations accepted are used clothing and footwear.
